One of the few 'store fronts' in the crime mall, rather then the random vendors, who lay all they own on a scrap of floor, hoping to pawn it off on someone for the nuyen to afford their next fix. Julia runs a little shop selling used cyberware, drugs; inside she patches people up for a price. This is the place you come when what you life is worth boils down to whether or not you can afford the price of the woman who can save your life. For those can't take no for an answer there are two very large troll bouncers more then willing to beat understanding into your skull no matter how thick it is. Don't try sob stories, Julia's heart is colder then ice, this is the barrens, everyone's story is a sad one, except for those who are dead and free.
