A commune run by the NeoAnarchists, [without the purchase of 'Private Room' all residents live in common areas] there is a kitchen, soy processor, running water [drink it at your own risk if it runs anything other then clear, and even then] and more then a few armed radicals running around. But at least you don't have to worry about any Knight Errant officers in the mix. Ha.
