A two story building with a basement this den of iniquity caters to all kinds. The stop floor you have actual old and battered cards, roulette tables and rampant cheating, but at least there is a semblance of class. The main floor is for those who can't even afford that semblance, there games are played with bones, and betting on animal fights. The basement is for those who aren't even well off enough to have money to gamble, it's where the desperate come when they have no alternative, fights to the death where the winner has to accept their life is only worth a portion of the amount bet on it.
