A two story former office building that has been well maintained with fauna growing around the outside, a slice of medieval jungle transplanted into the middle of the barren wasteland. The window of the building are tinted and no one can say for certain of what goes in the building, leading the rumor mill to go wild with a crazy variety of theories. Members of the Ancients are seen around the area aren't shy about their prejudices making it both dangerous for locals of any kind of metatype and a haven for elves.
