A run down old apartment building, the door is new and reinforced steel. Anyone caught setting fire to the building or blowing holes in walls gets evicted and that puts it a head and shoulders above most places out in the Barrens. The roof only barely leaks when it rains, and the walls are at least thick enough you can't see your neighbors through them, though they are less effective against sound. And the only one whose allowed to turn in rent even a second late are the rats and insects the landlord hasn't figured out how to charge yet.
